My daughter and I came to Crossfit Intrinsic from California. The coach greeted us as soon as we walked in. The gym is beautiful inside and very spacious. Plenty of equipment for the whole class! The coach came by and gave us little pointers to do better at our lift, which was helpful. All the students were inviting, friendly, and encouraging. When we come back to Fayetteville we will definitely work out there again! Fun and fitness were had today

Hands down one of the best boxes I’ve been to. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and come up with challenging workouts. The facility is nice, clean and organized. All equipment is in great shape. Definitely come to this box if you’re looking for an awesome workout.

AWESOME DROP IN! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. There was so much space in the gym. Not only was there a regularly class going on but a CrossFit kid’s class as well and we had more than enough room to do our own programming. GREAT equipment. It was clean and you could tell it had been taken care of. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great drop in or to make your CrossFit home!

I dropped my 4 kiddos off for Parents Night Out and they had so much fun! They woke up the next day asking to go back! The gym is big and open and there is even a seperate kids area for smaller kids. We can't wait to do it again next month! Great way to get a date night and I know my kids are safe and having fun!

Hosted our daughter's 10 year birthday party. Planning with owner was consistent. Activities for kids were creative and kept them moving. Both the play and food space was more than enough.
